- BrendaTLLondon, UK90 contributionsThis should have been on my bucket list. I enjoyed walking along it twice in my 4 day break. The Street is a natural phenomenon: a raised sand bank at low tide to walk along. At its apex you can see the overlapping tides meeting. I loved itWritten 12 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Ennio BLondon, UK6 contributionsWe explored the garden in the mid-April and the flowers weren’t blooming. As the castles garden are quite small, you can count 10/15 minutes to visit all the gardens, which, I wouldn’t recommend for a afternoon activity.Written 13 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - mmmakinHarrogate, UK142 contributionsThis was a great place to let the dog off for a blast with his ball for 45 mins - 1hr.
Had been searching g for places to let him do this and come across it. There is no parking which is ridiculous, am guessing it’s mainly for the local community.
That aside if you take off to the left (depending where you are coming from) opposite side of the road from where at least two of the entry points are into residential estates you may find somewhere to park which is what I did on two occasions.
The main road is Borstal Hill.
Purely for dog exercise or stretching your own legs for a bit nothing else there. However if weather bad wear welly’s it gets muddy quickly.Written 10 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
