We had a great trip out see the seals near Sheppey. My 11 year old daughter had never been on a fast RIB before and loved it. Seeing the seals was relaxing and the ride back against some small choppy waves was a lot of fun. You'll probably get a good view of the seals but depending on your eyesight a pair of binoculars might be a good idea. Felt completely safe the entire time.

A big thanks to the captain and his crew for this lovely experience . We just did the 30 min trip to see Whitstable from the sea and had a great chat about this special Life boat which was built in 1947 and still looks and sails beautifully.

We would definitely recommend you try a trip with these guys, very friendly ,and a safe and very experienced crew.

    Would sail again.

We have just enjoyed an absolutely first class day out on the Greta. We’d been meaning to do this for so long and finally getting around to doing it, it was even better than I’d dared to expect. Steve and the crew are the perfect hosts, making an entertaining journey they go the extra mile maximising use of the weather/sailing conditions to bring the very best of the best of unique experiences. They’ve also hit the golden amount of time at the forts to allow for photos but also to simply to sit back and take in the awesomeness of the forts. Really cannot recommend this enough. We’ll definitely be going again!

I took lessons with Paul over several weekends and he got me to the point where I was able to ride solo. Very happy with the whole experience. Paul's a great guy, very communicative, gives great tips and even followed up by email with a summary of the lesson. He's also been very helpful advising me on what kit to buy. Definitely choose Paul!

My two daughters (aged 10 and 12) did sailing school and loved it. They were very apprehensive because never sailed before and didn't know anyone in their groups but quickly made friends and had fun. Will definitely be booking for next year.

Had 4 fitness PT sessions prior to kite surfing lessons which really helped to progress with the kite surfing. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I was lucky enough to get on to an early incarnation of the tour, on a chilly but sunny Wednesday. Our tour guide, James, was both knowledgeable and amiable as he led us from the Oyster Co complex around the Sea Wall to the farm. He answered numerous questions, both technical and layman, as he guided us around the fascinating process that goes into growing and developing these creatures. The farm itself is neat and relatively unobtrusive, and it was brilliant to learn about the history of the farm and the inexorable link between Whitstable and the Oyster Co. I was amazed to learn how many people are employed, directly and indirectly, in the oyster businesses and it was wonderful to see Curlews, Turnstones and the inevitable Oystercatchers on the farm.

Our guide also provided us with fresh oysters to sample and some local drinks, which were excellent.

All in all, the tour was a fascinating and detailed insight into a key part of Whitstable's heritage and a chance to learn about how this business is growing sustainable produce in an historic setting. Would thoroughly recommend the tour for all age groups and anyone curious about where our food comes from.
