EXCELLENT venue for camping. Spacious areas for socializing. Park management is overly friendly and accommodating. That said they are also pretty good at enforcing the rules which provides a positive experience for everyone. Frankly for $30/night it's a bargain. I have stayed there 3 times and going back for many more.

Lovely people and lovely place to enjoy a picnic and view. Interesting brews and some local cheeses for sale... bring your own crackers

Fantastic tasting experience, on the Oregon side of Walla Walla.

The tasting room is gorgeous—a modern concrete structure with neat design. Great views of the vineyard and lots of seating options both inside and out.

We had a very relaxed and informative employee guide our tasting. Rotie seems to have a pretty specific wine-making mission: Rhône-style wines, honoring both the northern and southern parts of that famous French region. The tasting reflected this. As a GSM lover, I was pretty easy to please at Rotie.

The Rocks District has a pretty unique profile in the greater region, and it shows up in these wines and their flavors.

Overall, a great experience; I wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend some of their wines—good things are happening here.

Wonderful little log cabin and deck for tasting some rather tasty wines. The rose and white were crisp but not too sweet. The reds were full of blackberry and chocolate notes. My daughter ending up joining their wine club. The 3 Women serving tastes were very pleasant and knowledgeable about their product. A definite return for us!

Such a great experience here! Our first time visiting and we will for sure be returning. Excellent ciders (highly recommend the pearanormal) and super friendly, well educated service. Set in a really cool building too.

Frazier Farmstead is a nice museum that tells the story of the Frazier story when they headed west. There is an indoor and outdoor part of the museum and both are worth going through. We were greeted by Linda inside and she did a great job telling the history of the family journey west and life at the new farm. The main house is like some of the others I visited on this trip, but it also does does a good job showing exhibits and how life was back then. There are some cool buildings and old farm equipment to go through outside. In the back of the complex is the oldest cabin is Eastern Oregon. It was little dark, but it definitely gives you an idea of how things were. The most fun part outside is exploring the big red barn. You can even climb the stairs to the upper level which is a cool experience. I couldn't find much to do in Milton-Freewater, but the Frazier Farmstead is a worthy detour.

This park has lots of attractions. It is geared on sports.

First of all there is a playground. There is a swimming pool and there is a slide to get into the swimming pool.

There is baseball as well and tennis. In fact there is a stadium.

    There are also horse shoes.

The best part is that when we walk to the top, we can see a beautiful view.

    A must see!

When we entered we saw a USA flag.

There are a lot of trees and grass. Most of the cemetery is shaded from the trees. I like that!

We had also a view on the harvest nearby.

    Worthwhile to see!

Shannon was a delightful and knowledgeable server. The way the facility is divided gives you the opportunity to feel like you are the only ones there.

When I saw that church, I stood there, admiring this beautiful church.

It is made completely in wood. It has a wooden steeple with the cross on the top.

The stairs head to the red doors to enter into the church.

The trees and the shrubs are well taken care of.

    The people are really friendly!

Church is at 9 A.M. on Sundays.

This is a one screen drive-in that is kind of in the middle of nowhere. It primarily operates in the summer and shows double features. The sound runs off radio. I recommend getting there a little early as the screen isn't huge and if you get stuck behind a big truck or something, it won't be the best viewing experience. The concession stand is a miracle of value in this world where everyone is trying to rip you off. You can get a hot dog, popcorn, and large soda for under $10. That alone is worth 5 stars. They also feature pizzas, which I did not try. Places like this that offer a bit of nostalgia are important to keep running, so visit this Drive In and help keep it rolling for many years to come.
