- ClareScottsdaleScottsdale199 contributionsWe were visiting from Arizona and though the weather was cool it still was a nice place to visit. We walked around and enjoyed nature! We read about the history of Landa Park and thank you for New Braunfels for offering this lovely park to everyone.Written 9 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Don TNaples, FL561 contributionsThis is in the Hill Country and was settled by German migrants in the mid-1800s. Many of the traditions persist, including the great food. The countryside is beautiful, and the people are friendly. Well worth a visit.Written 19 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jessica C2 contributionsBigger than I thought, it was clean, friendly staff. My 3 year old and I really enjoyed all the animals. Definitely wish the wolves had a large pool or something to cool them down in this Texas heat. But all around great day and experience. We will be going back.Written 27 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Robert C1 contributionI have read alot of the reviews but decided to go anyway. Not downplaying anyone else's expirence, this is just my personal experience.
The rides were good. We were able to get into what we wanted. The lines weren't terrible. And that's cause we arrived later than we wanted to. Maybe like at 11a. The lines were as follows:
Tram (one way), straws, Bahnzai < 5 mins
Tram (one way), Der Barh, Falls, Black Knight < 15 Mins
Just wasn't as terrible as I expected. The staff did seem a bit inexperienced, but nothing that would really affect the vacation.
The falls needs more water.
We got a table just fine.
We were in the pools with the kids.
The app/map needs some work in comprehensiveness.
Otherwise, not a bad experience, and the season pass sounds like a steal if you go often.Written 16 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great views over the Guadalupe River. One of the first bridges built. Now it’s used to walk and there are benches so you can sit and watch the river!Written 26 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The 50's diner was cute and the food looked good! There are a few options to listen to the movie, 1. Through your car radio or 2. Through a portable FM radio. The ticket booth guy told us that our car battery would more then likely dies, but they can give a jump. We weren't a fan of that option, so he also mentioned that you can rent a FM radio at the diner for $10 and a $20 refundable deposit once the radio is returned after the movie. We went with that option and it was perfect! Definitely a must do on your trip! Bonus...we saw sooo many stars too, truly amazing.Written 9 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

We go to children's museums all over the country and I feel this is one of the nicer ones we have been to. It's not huge, but it has a good variety of indoor exhibits such as hospital, doctor's office, and ambulance that lights up. It has an outer space section with a space walk that might be a little intense for kids with sensory processing issues. It's got bright red lights down the hall that lead to a room of stars where it is pitch black. You must feel your way out. But it was a lot of fun! It has several forced air exhibits. There's a bank and grocery store. There's a western section, forest/camping section with a bat cave, and indoor playhouse, and a toddler section. The outdoor section features lots of water table play and musical instruments along with a very nice playground, all covered with fans.
In addition the gift shop was really nice stuff like Melissa and Doug and STEM, not just garbage.Written 13 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Wonderful atmosphere, you can go up stairs and into talking to friends or if the weather is nice you can sit outside and enjoy and relax. I recommend to stop by and have some of the wine tastings .Written 5 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Joel MBuda, TX1,936 contributionsNice little station. Nice staff. Visit an actual dining car and caboose. Nice exhibit of trains. How appropriate an actual train goes by the station.Written 22 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
