When we first arrived there was confusion as although we had pre-paid tickets the tour had no record of our booking. The problem was dealt with swiftly and professionally and we were able to go ahead as planned. On boarding we were shown to our window seat and presented with half a dozen red roses to celebrate our anniversary, an unexpected and lovely touch. The meal was served promptly and was delicious, the waitress very attentive throughout.
The views were fantastic, the only slight drawbacks were that our window had not been cleaned (all the others had, not sure if this was because we were an unexpected last minute addition) which distorted our view. Unfortunately it was a chilly and overcast day and they had problems regulating the temperature to a comfortable level and so kept switching aircon on and off - every time they switched it on you needed a jacket for warmth! We were also a little perturbed that we were advised of a dress code when we received our tickets, smart trousers and collared shirts for men and smart dresses for ladies, which we duly followed only to find 80% of the guests on board in shorts and jeans!!
Despite the minor issues still a great trip.
