My children and my friend’s son wanted to come to NYC to see the top of the Empire State Building so we decided to go for it! Needless to say it was one amazing experience! One of the managers Kevin helped expedite an issue we had in the beginning when we first got there. He was extremely helpful and very professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. He was also so nice and went above and beyond. I highly recommend coming to see the Empire State Building. First time for us and it was definitely worth the trip!

Great place, love the architecture. The Apple Store in Grand Central is amazing, had my first Apple Vision Pro demo experience which was brilliant. This Vision Pro is not available in UK. Also visited the shuttle platform between Grand Central & Times Sq which was filmed in my favourite movie French Connection. Shame the custard cart is no more, but i is the same steps and platform Charnier and Gene Hackman used.

One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the US and the observatory offers 360 degree views for miles. The history and the legacy is awing, as you think about how this tourist destination would not exist had it not been for 9/11. I went on a clear day and had great views. The price isn’t horrible if you just do the standard admission. To me, it’s nothing I would need to experience again but overall it is worth the experience.

As someone who's been obsessed with White Collar since my teenage years, this was such a highlight. One of the best Art Deco architecture in NYC and watching it from up close was amazing.

It’s an iconic building and one that I wanted to see in the city. It’s still worth it, just be aware it’s currently covered in scaffold. The small park at the narrow end has a nice aspect and is a great spot for people watching. Dog watching too, as it has a couple of fenced off leash dog areas.

Definitely something you want to see if visiting. It's become an iconic structure in Manhattan. It has a few nicknames that people call it, but it's an architectural marvel for sure. You can't go up any farther than the base, due to unfortunate circumstances. On some evenings it's also lit up, so it's good to go see at any time. The plaza is busy, as shopping and the Edge exhibit is next door. It's just a few steps from the subway, so easy to get there.

WOW -- such a beautiful church and amazing that there is no cost to tour. The stained glass windows are gorgeous and we were fortunate enough to get to hear one of the clergy practicing on the organ and that wqs FAB!! The church and adjoining rooms, have some beautiful paintings, sculptures, etc. - not to mention the outside graveyard lets you see Alexander, Eliza, and Phillip Hamilton’s resting place. I definitely recommend stopping in Trinity Church the next time you are near Wall Street and the 9/11 memorial.

Transportation Hub in Lower Manhattan serving both the NYC subway and PATH trains to New Jersey with some of the most impressive architecture found. Known as The Oculus. Great spot to get some amazing photos.

This is a beautiful Cathedral and worth a visit. It has a beautiful altar, stained glass windows and paintings. If you visit, be sure to look near the side entrance at the large statue of Saint Padre Pio sitting and listening to confessions. There is a block on the other side of the “confessional” statue where a person can sit. Unfortunately, it was behind a locked gate, but you can still view it through the gate.

Decades after completion, Woolworth Building is still an encompassing presence in Manhattan. The iconic skyscraper has long been one of the most recognizable buildings in New York. Unfortunately it is not open to public.

We expected to spend maybe an hour there and it turned into almost three hours. Lots of Revolutionary era artifacts that were nicely explained. We didn't realize that this site was where some early federal offices were based. That gave even greater meaning to the locale. It was humbling to stand in the room where George Washington spoke with his officers at the end of the war. We've been to several locations where Washington visited/frequented/lived and this was an important site to add to that list. They've done a nice job of adding furnishings to the pieces that are original to the museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this museum.

Very much like Shibuya Sky in Japan. The Edge has a high, clear glass wall around it's perimeter which gives you the illusion of being on top of the city. Makes for great photos on a nice day. They have some indoor activities as well but we never did those. I would suggest either booking a n early time (earliest possible) or, if $$ is not an issue, buy the VIP or express pass which will bypass any line.
