    Off the beaten path NYC
    If you’re looking for “off the beaten path” in NYC, this is it. The tour is in his apartment, and he’s a natural tour guide. His place is similar to an Edison Museum, but you can touch and operate old phonographs, etc. At the end, you get to open some of his recent acquisitions, which he catalogs them on Zoom. It’s a little bit like Christmas morning with presents.

    Definitely call ahead to schedule - it’s not something that’s open to the public where you “drop in”. If you grew up as a Gen X latch key kid, the tour may seem like a throw back to the old days.

    Sloomoo was fun.
    Despite my protest I took my 15 year old who’s loved slime since she was 4. “The only museum I will entertain is the slime museum”. It was a lot of fun and even more fun watching ghostbusters after to try and figure out what type of slime was in the movie. She made 2 types and we made tons of memories. LooLoo and OoVoo were pleasantly surprised.

    Fun to visit
    Nicely done with a great message and educational aspects, amazing virtual reality part. A bit pricey though.
