    Central Park- Kenan
    Kenan was so welcoming and knowledgeable! We had a wonderful experience seeing all of Central Park while learning fun facts about buildings and such along the way! Kenan stopped multiple places to take our photo for us. Highly recommend!!!!!

    Great way to see the park!
    Bike was perfect for enjoying the afternoon at Central Park. They were a comfortable ride and the location was handy to the park.

    We love it,Cloud of Goods!
    We got 2 brand new scooters with good quality, comfortable seating for our trip in NYC. They delivered the scooters on time to the restaurant we went to have our breakfast, explained in detail how the gear works. Very friendly and professional service. The prices are very reasonable compared to the other suppliers we checked with. I strongly recommend Cloud of Goods. It was one of the smartest choices we made during our trip to New York

    Best bike shop in NYC
    Simply the best bike shop in the city. Super-friendly staff, great vibes, great gear, reasonable prices, fantastic location and they even offer free air for anyone who needs to fill up. Cannot recommend Waterfront Bicycle Shop higher!

    Freiendly & Value For Money
    We picked this place as it was close to the hotel we were staying at and did not really trust the many bike guys grabbing you in the street.

    This place had good quality bicycles at only at $6 per hour with a free bottle of water too!! The shop is located perfectly to ride down the Hudson River or pop over to Central Park.

    We hired a total of 4 bicycles, a child, 2 adult men and a women's bicycle. All bicycles were branded specialized and were hybrid style (mountain bike style frame and road tires) except for the child bike which was more of a mountain bike and had front suspension forks.

    The staff were super friendly and helped us with lots of advice and greeted us with a smile each time we visited, even offered us more free bottled water upon our return.

    Super experience, great deal
    There's a lot to see in Central Park and if you're limited in time, biking around is a great option. My kids and I rented bikes from Bike Rental Central Park and had a great experience. We got our bikes and helmets quickly, they were fitted to us and off we went on a great adventure. Returning the bikes was equally as simple. What a great value!

    Friendly Service and good Bikes
    A great Service, Booked through Groupon, checkin was quick and straight forward - Bikes were in good condition and easy to adjust on the ride if needed. Friendly happy Staff all round and efficient service

    Lovely little bike shop
    ​We made a special trip back to this cute store after spotting it from our bus tour. We purchased a NY cycle jersey, and the staff were great. Service is a big deal for little shops like this, and we always try to support the "little guy" when shopping in big cities.

    Splendor in the Park
    Took the two hour tour of the park with Victor - he was outstanding! Extremely skilled at navigating through the busy Memorial Day crowd of pedestrians, bikers, other pedicabs, carriages and dog walkers to show us all of the highlights of the park. He was very informative and shared many details about features in the park, as well as its history and the people who helped make Central Park what it is today. It was a great way to relax while enjoying all the beauty of the park.

    What was originally a good way to explore nyc quickly went downhill today. Got my bike outside hotel no issue and road down to walll st this am to start tour with 1 hr to spare. Only caveat every station was full of bikes. Some that showed empty dock were full. Spent 1 hr driving to different stations to try and off load bike. Tour was starting they told o could not bring bike, in last ditch occurrence person took a bike from a full dock. So basically yoy can plan your trip, but if no open dock yoy are stuck.with bike until freed up! Fortunately my followup with citi got the extra 1 hr charge reversed ), but to much earlier anxiety that I'd miss my tour. Many other persons in area were trying to dock bikes too with same issues.

    Great overview of Central Park
    My husband and I had a great experience with Vitali. We had originally booked the 2-hour bike tour but after an unexpected accident, they kindly let us switch to a pedicab tour of the park. Vitali had great energy, we learned a lot about the park, and he had tons of recommendations for other food and activities in the city. Would highlight recommend!
