I enjoy battlefield and military historic sites. Went there 3 years ago, the only thing they liked about it was the gallows. 🤔😔

It is a little pricey, but our family always has an enjoyable time here. Lots of options for the kids.

We first saw the national cemetery in Fayetteville so decided to visit this one on our way back home to Texas. This one is larger but still just as meaningful. We drove around looking at various headstones near the road, stopping to read random ones. Some veterans had served in 3 wars. Many had wives names on the other side of the headstone. All headstones are set in such perfect precision in every way you look. We were lucky enough to see some workers setting some stones in the ground and using string to make sure they were sitting just right.

My friend and I visited this museum on our way out of town. Very interesting things in here with several levels. Lots of old vehicles and interesting facts about the area. Worth seeing for a small fee.

it was so good to just be able to walk the park with plenty of lighting to feel comfortable in the later evenings to walk.

It was a 100 degree day when we rode the trolley and visited the old railroad car yard yet my family still enjoyed it. Will be back.

Quinten has an excellent selection of locally brewed beers from his own brewery and others nearby. Relaxed environment to chill with friends and family.

The house is beautiful and the history is fascinating. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodated us even though we did not arrive at a scheduled tour time. The only downside was when she interjected her personal opinion on a political matter towards the end of the tour when commenting on the 2 political parties and the Governor back then. Not only was it erroneous, it was so distracting to me that it was hard to concentrate on the rest of the tour. My advice to her would be not to make remarks like she did, keep modern politics out of it and it will be much more enjoyable.

We went to the Farmer's Market just as a time-killer. We met some very nice vendors. We were offered samples of some of the finished goods. We especially liked the gingersnaps cookies & bought a dozen.

The produce all looked good but because we're road tripping we don't have a place to cook them.

There was plenty of parking & it was easy to get to & out of. Make a stop if you have time. It's right across the street from Fort Smith.

We were in town during October, so the park wasn't open. But we enjoyed walking around the perimeter to take photos of the mural, old diner and giraffe. Worth stopping by. Convenient parking.

We spent a couple of hours there on a cold, wet weekday afternoon. Aside from staff we were the only ones there! Pandemic precautions were good - hand sanitizer and masks available; markings on the floor to show distancing. There were 2 exhibits that week: an "invitational" where the artists, with a variety of media, reacted to the year of pandemic and then a nature photography exhibit upstairs. Both were very well done: the artwork itself as well as the display. There is no charge for admission and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It's not a large facility but well-kept and an enjoyable visit.

This is a nice size conference center for this size city. The layout is nice and they just put in new carpet which is great. Friendly staff
