Had plenty of shaded areas plus it had a great lookout area to explore. I never knew archery and mindfulness could evoke emotions, being present in the moment, letting go, de-conditioning and ancestral connection. I'm looking forward on my second visit to working with the breath more. Freddy is am amazing guide and encourages in a way I felt completely relaxed and holds space for all of the above. The land is so beautiful and peaceful. - Neelam S.1 contributionI had such a great experience renting bikes from Ciro. I do not have much experience biking and was concerned about rocky roads and hills. Ciri picked out a bike for me that was perfect in handling the rough terrain. The breathwork was very powerful as well as the ice therapy.
