We were not sure how to book and it was a little far from where we lived to just go there. We tried writing on Facebook and got a reply the same evening. The lady at the desk were very nice, the eqiupment fine and the facilities for both padel and tennis were good. He says things that many want to say but don't. His jokes may not be for some people. They are not personal, so if you're easily offended, it's not for you. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Graeme MLeeds, UK6 contributionsGreat atmosphere at the Shamrock, it's in the untouched old part of the shopping centre that still has the charm I remember from visiting Puerto Rico when I was a kid in the 90s, the refurbed section is all a bit cold and clinical, I don't think it's any coincidence that nearly all bars/restaurants I visited were in the back section of the centre.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - John P2 contributionsAs always with PR in gran canaria my highlight was tiffs....caked on my birthday and numerous other pranks throughout the fortnight enforced my belief that tiffs is "neverland" were pensioners become teenagers and strangers become friends.
Not forgetting all the sports coverage, cheap drinks and it's own cafe next door for all day breakfasts and it's brilliant staff...always 5stars.
Stayed in cala nova Hotel for first time and loved it, free tv/wifi and didn't even get a taxi at end of the night as its an easy walk.

Our experience was a little marred by the fact that two teenagers were dangerously racing round the place on electric scooters causing mayhem, seems to be a complete abscence of security.

Live sport on the many tv’s in the bar so watching your favourite team is never an issue. Mike and his staff are always very friendly and cannot do enough to make your experience at the Wigwam awesome. Fantastic range of quality cocktails at reasonable prices aswell as a good selection of Belgian beers and many other great drinks to choose from. Cannot recommend this place enough A+++++. Always our first choice.

I have my nails done frequently and I am quite picky (I must admit), but I was in very good hands!
Really professional nail technicians/ designers, even with a great portion of patience as I was wearing another type of gel when I came, plus I was in an indecisive mood regarding design that day.
