    Airport transfer
    We had a perfect experience with Mia Limo. Our driver Marco was waiting for us exactly where we were told he would be. Our flight was delayed and I was was concerned about whether he would be there or not, but there was absolutely no issue. We were a party of 5 and the vehicle was more than adequate. It was clean and stocked with waters for us. Marco have us a little tour of the city as we drove to our hotel. I would definitely recommend them!

    Reliable Helpful English Speaking Driver
    We had a nice experience taking this taxi (transfer) service from Rome Fiumicino Airport to our hotel in Central Rome. Our flight arrived two hours later than scheduled due to two hour delay lifting off from JFK but our driver was there with a sign waiting for us.
    Note - there were around 25-35 taxi drivers holding signs at FCO Airport taxi pickup location. So you will need to start at one end of lineup and read the name signs until you see your name.

    Professional, prompt, perfect transfer
    Highly recommend this service! I researched MANY similar ones, but Lady Taxi offered the best price, appreciate that it is a woman-owned company, and Serena was very responsive to my inquiries. Our driver Walter (same both there/back) was professional, friendly and prompt and he provided and installed a baby car seat (even multiple sizes just in case!). The van was comfortable, safe and quick. I am very satisfied with this service and would definitely recommend it. If you're on the fence, you will make your trip so much smoother with this service.

    Always A Pleasure!
    So nice to have someone there at the airport with your name on a placard when you're exhausted and jet lagged. And for the early morning return to the airport, there was the black Mercedes waiting in front of our hotel right on time. Highly recommend.

    Fast but not cheap.
    In all the experience was a positive one. The advantage is that you connect straight from the airport, and then go into Rome Termini (city centre). it's fast and comfortable, so all good.
    The pros being at £15 each it's not the cheapest way into the city vs a 7 Euro bus ticket.

    Flew into Rome and needed transportation to city, next day to the port, 12 days later port to Rome, 3 days later Rome back to FCO.
    What a easy, and great way to go with Rome Cabs. Booked the transfers months before, they had everything confirmed. They were waiting for us at the airport, they took our bags to a private (party of 4) new Mercedes van and was able to get every piece of luggage in. At every point, Rome Cabs was on the mark. Always waiting for us at each destination with a friendly smile, totally professional and willing to help us at every turn.
    Highly recommend them them you all your needs in Rome. What a well run organization.

    Great service, easy to use.
    I booked online a few days before our trip, gave myself an hour after our flight arrival time but as long as you've booked a ticket, you can get on before or after your booked time. Followed the instructions on the ticket for the bus stop, didn't have to wait long till it arrived. A member of the Terravision team arrived to check the tickets, the only down side is that people can't queue inline, as soon as the bus arrives they all push to the front which doesn't help anybody.

    Rafaelle was the best!
    We ended up hiring Raffaele to pick us up from the airport and decided we wanted to have him drive us for the day so we could see more things…what a great decision that turned out to be! He not only drove us..but he is a knowledgeable and articulate tour guide himself. He took us to things we wouldn’t have known to see on our own. Raffaele was professional, spoke great English, and was always willing to help us with anything we needed…he even helped us exchange our train tickets! We liked him so much we hired him for a second day! He made our Rome visit comfortable, exciting, and worry free and was reasonably priced. We highly recommend hiring Raffaele for your driving and touring needs!!!

    Airport Transfer to Rome
    Bit difficult to find the driver as he was outside the terminal building Not in arrivals. Had to walk from the terminal to a taxi garage about 5 -10min walk away which was not easy for my 80 year old mum. Despite paying up front the driver insisted on knowing how much I had paid, he drove quite erratically (typical Italian crazy driver), but we reached our destination within about 30 mins. Car was a Merck so was a comfortable ride.

    Luxurious affordable transfer
    Fantastic company with very professional driver and staff. All communication was clear and responses were prompt. Driver was there on time in the designated waiting area. Picked up in a clean and brand new Mercedes E class with a truck large enough for two large suitcases a standard size carryon and two backpacks
