What travellers are saying
- Yuri USarnia, Canada2 contributionsThe wife & I had a spectacular time at this resort!!! Will definitely be going back! The resort & beach are just beautiful. The best part about this resort is the staff definitely… from the snack bar staff to the staff at the restaurant hands down great service. Would like to give a special mention to the entertainment staff. Sheena, Yery & Angelica. These three took our trip from fun to ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Look out for them & others cause it will change your trip for the better!! The water at the beach is crystal clear. The have paddle boats, catamarans, snorkeling with WW2 shipwrecks, 5 min drive to Pilar beach which has the most amazing white sand. See you soon Playa Pilar!!! 🌴😎🌴Written 19 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jane Eontario21 contributionsWe have been visiting this area every year for the past 12 years. Starfish Cayo Guillermo has always been home to us.
We consider the staff all to be family. Brand new buffet area and the food was amazing. A new beach bar at the far end of the beach. Eric, is the most accommodating bartender. He is being very patient as many people on the resort do not realize it is open.
Important for people to remember to bring your bubba. They are having trouble getting plastic glasses and we should be getting away from single use plastic anyway. Bug spray for those calm early mornings is a must.
At the end of the beach going towards the marina is another bar that is open to the public. Very friendly bartenders there.
Love this spot.Written 2 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We swam out from the island to the boat wreck east of the island then swam to the north side for the reefsWritten 17 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alba TToronto, Canada2 contributionsMy family returned to Coco Diving this month for the 3rd year - this time to become certified divers! I can't say enough about the team here - Yail, Julio, Livan, Roberto, Noidel - extremely safety conscious but also very customer service focused, honest, accommodating and above all just a lovely, friendly bunch that always make us feel welcome, like family. Be sure to reach out via email (on their site) before you go - and ask about the weather (we learned the winds in April can making diving iffy on some days!)
Whether you dive or snorkel this team is sure to give you an amazing experience with many dive sites that they know intimately. We will be back next year...or sooner!Written 13 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The dolphins are fantastic; they will give you so much love that you will always want more! The employees at this place are like a big happy family! They love and care for these dolphins as if they were their own. They have solid leadership ( a lady named Annyx), and with each of their talents ( doctorates, master's degrees, highest level of education), the place runs smoothly. The visitors have the best experience of their lives! Get ready for fun, great pictures and lots of laughs! Thank you, Oyantai! Yanet, Yandi, VÃctor, Lázaro, Annyx, the Barman, the ones that maintain the place clean and organized and everyone else! I know I’m missing lots of names, but you all deserve applause for the hard work you do! THANK YOU!Written 31 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
