Too bad a forest fire destroyed most of it in 2015.The lake was wonderful, went island hopping with the canoe, fished, swam. - dutch1948Regina, Canada164 contributionsA must see when in La Ronge. Many interesting Indigenous artifacts as well as old traps used by fur trappers. In addition a good supply of clothing, both souvenir and regular as well as the usual grocery items. We found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. - Richard SGresham, OR9 contributionsGreat accommodations, Excellent food. fantastic shore lunches. Caught 162 fish in 4 days. Largest was 42 1/2 inch northern pike. Fly in to lodge from La Ronge SK.
