They can be viewed from multiple places - like the elora mill, victoria park or the pedestrian walkway in downtown - all of them provide different views beautiful in their own way.
Sunset from the pedestrian bridge would be my preferred spot.

You can see the river and the gorge from the town bridge. An easy trail, well maintained and easy to do with any bike. It was a fantastic space, with welcoming staff and the exhibit was really inspiring. The Elora Market has a interesting selection of vendors.
