- Lily F1 contributionSuch a great time! Everyone in our group had loads of fun; we are feeling very inspired. The sculpted waterfalls were beautiful, and had a good variety of difficulty. Frederick and Patrick were awesome guides, and provided great tips about safety, technique, and other insights. Christa was very accommodating and helpful during our booking process, and gave great advice about what to wear/how to take the best photos.Written 9 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - alexch0326 contributionsThis was such a fun experience! Our first time tubing and we had a blast! We loved the beautiful waterfalls, cliffs, and wildflowers we could see as we floated down the gorge. The experience was a great mix of fun rapids and slower, more relaxing parts. We opted for the red tubes with the seat and were glad that we did as there are a few shallow areas with rocks. We also appreciated that we could book further in advance online when we booked with your company as we were coming from out of town. An awesome experience - lots of smiles and laughs! We’ll be back!Written 20 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Janaina8 contributionsWe had the guided punt ride with Jacob. We had the boat to ourselves which was a plus! Lovely way to spend an hour. Jacob told us about the limestone cliffs and showed us some of the fossils along the way. And he let my kids paddle once were closer to the end! So fun!Written 10 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- katjamGuelph, Canada197 contributionsElora is changing rapidly and, mostly, not for the better. If you liked Elora's small-town charm, beautiful scenery, and unique shops and buildings, well, those days are gone. Toronto money has arrived, along with hordes of tourists. Weekends are way too busy, and prices have gone up exponentially. Nevertheless, the Elora Distillery is a welcome addition to the town. The owners have created a beautiful building in a great location, and the products fit into the town's history and are sourced locally. We enjoyed a sunny day on the patio, socially distanced, and munched on homemade popcorn, made vegan by a thoughtful server. Then we happily partook of 2 different versions of the mini flight special, so we could sample six different drinks. My favourite was the Sugar Maple, which I had poured over a single ice cube and was delicious. We also enjoyed a Mule and a Gin and Tonic. The Amethyst Spirit and Terroir Gin were the highlights. Be warned, the gin is very earthy, and unlike what you might be accustomed to. Frankly, after that, things got blurry. You will need to go and discover the gems for yourselves! There is a retail shop, as well. We are looking forward to a drink, or two in the beautiful upstairs area, post pandemic. I guess not all change is bad, as measured by the Elora Distillery.Written 19 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jenwZ4848QH19 contributionsThoroughly enjoyed our Sunday evening canoe ride! There’s a reason it’s called the golden hour. Great time to book. The sun was reflecting off the limestone in waves. It’s a relatively short distance but so peaceful and picturesque. The baby swans were a nice bonus. James was efficient and informative. Add it to your day in the village.Written 17 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Judy MWhitby, Canada36 contributionsEnjoyed a great afternoon on this tour. We had 13 on the tour and that was a good number. All the places we visited seemed genuinely happy to have us and present their food choices. We had some exceptional food and learned some interesting facts. A lot of local people on the tour which was really nice to see them supporting local businesses.Written 23 November 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
