This lovely park includes a lovely toddler park with fun playground equipment, picnic tables and grassy area to sit and enjoy the sun and a 2km boardwalk and benches along the Bedford Basin.
I spend almost every day in the park, walking the boardwalk and enjoying the amazing beauty along the waters edge.

We were fortunate to find Shubie Park with all its late spring/early summer nature - geology, wildlife, plants, rocks, forest & natural water features.
We took the walking bridge from Dartmouth Crossing parking lot and started on the trails for a nature walk, immediately little red squirrels were scurrying towards the edge of the trail, checking us out.

If you park in the parking lot for Graham's Grove (Across from Superstore), you can take a paved trail around the end of the lake and across a beautiful suspension pedestrian bridge.
