The Hello Travel agency where very professional. They organized the trip, booked hotels, arranged the transports and scheduled the visits according to my time of travel.

Without them I could not see all these places in Sri Lanka within one week.

Mr Dhanuka took care of everything very well. He advised me through all the necessary documents before travel and took my feedback every day for the convenience of the trip. He was so responsive if I ever needed to change anything in the plan.

Mr Thushara, the driver and the guide, was best of his kind. He was a gentle, professional, humble driver. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge about the places that he takes me. He explained about the history, traditions, atmospheres, geography,…,etc. He was so kind and very respectful man.

I definitely recommend them for travel and I will surely hire them again for my trip to Sri Lanka.

Another very well organised trip arranged by Sam and his team at BTM. Transport from hotel to Yala was arranged in a nice and spacious van for 4 of us. Sam kept in touch with us throughout this and other trips and we really liked the personal attention and detail of things, which made it a great trip.

We found Yala amazing and was lucky to have spotted two Leopards lazying around on top of a rock, lots of crocodiles, monitor lizards, wild boars, deer, elephants, monkeys, mongoose and a variety of birds.

Our driver picked us up early and drove us 100km north, along winding roads through villages with dogs sleeping in the road around every corner.

Eventually we arrived at the Sinharaja Forest Reserve where we met our guide and after a short tuk tuk ride, commenced our three hour trek through the rain forest.

The humidity was insane and we were quickly soaked. The flora and fauna made it worth it though.

On arrival, the guide rubbed rock salt into our shoes to deter the leeches, which was semi-successful.

We saw peacocks, water buffalo, butterflies, eagles, millipedes, fish owl, lizards, fish and a green viper. I said ‘that looks pretty small’ but was then informed a bite can kill you!

Walking behind my wife and watching her jump at every twig thinking it was a snake was one of my highlights!

Also saw durian fruit, jack fruit, cinnamon, white pepper, wild pineapple, and coffee beans before stopping for a provided lunch at a waterfall.

On the drive home, after passing many cows roaming free, we stopped at the Lumbini tea plantation where we were lucky enough to be given a private tour of the factory.

    Recommended.

Roshan was very professional in his dealing with us for our tour of Yala National park. We were collected on time by our driver who took us to Yala where our park guide took over. Whilst the journey through the park was fairly bumpy, we got up close and personal with elephants and saw lots of wildlife during the trip. We were picked up after the tour with no delay and returned to our hotel safely. Highly recommended!

Udawalawe Safari private tour was very well organised. Pick up from hotel on time with friendly and knowledgeable and friendly driver. Transferred to jeep for private tour of park - very nice tour guide and packed lunch. Very flexible and professional.

We saw lots of elephants and other animals and then a smooth transfer back to hotel.

We had an amazing tour in Bentota Village with river safari. It was great fun for a full day for me and my friends. The tour is packed with well chosen activities and the river safari is impressive. Also we had a very delicious and rich lunch at a local house near the lake. If we wouldn t have chosen this trip, it would have been a big loss for our vacation.
Bentota Travel Mart agency is highly professional, I was extremely impressed by the level of engagement of the tour organiser, he was highly flexibile and went far and beyond to make us happy.

I totally recommend choosing any trip with these guys!

We booked the safari trip initially to Yala before coming on holiday. After speaking with Sam about my love for elephants he suggested going to Udawalawe instead. I am so glad he did because we had an amazing day! 🐘

We were picked up in Beruwala at 4am, an early start but well worth it. Dinesh our driver was very friendly and knowledgable and told us lots about the area and events, as it had just been new year.

Everything was organised and taken care of. We visited Udawalawe Safari, the Elephant Transit Home, Sri Sankapala Raja Maha Viharaya (an amazing Buddhist cave temple), a moonstone mine and a herbal garden.

It was a special trip booked for my 30th birthday and Sam met us at the end of the day with a surprise birthday cake!

If you are considering booking an excursion in Sri Lanka, I would highly recommend Bentota Travel Mart!

This was actually a half day trip. Bhathiya met us on time in his posh car and his wife had kindly made us the most moist lemon cake you’ve ever tasted.

First we drove to the Madu river for a two hour boat trip through the mangrove swamps.

On route, Bhathiya taught us lots about Sri Lankan history and culture as well as the current political situation.

On the boat trip we saw plenty of wildlife with an eagle, land monitor, cormorants, kingfisher, black faced monkeys and jellyfish. We stopped at Cinnamon Island and sampled cinnamon tea while watching a guy make cinnamon sticks by hand.

From there we stopped at a Buddhist temple on another island for a brief lesson in Buddhism where the monk gave us a bracelet for long life.

A short drive up the road took us to a turtle hatchery where they buy the eggs from fishermen and release the baby turtles back into the wild. When fully grown they will be 2 metres but these were tiny. We got to hold several.

    A great day out, recommended

Bisakar was a good driver and very patient with us. He adhered to all our requests.

It would have been convenient to be informed that all of the entrance fees were cash only and all the activities ( fish massage, monkey picture, crocodile picture) were also cash only. Overall the trip was good and we got to see a lot at our own leisurely pace which was perfect as one of our travelers could not walk a lot in the heat.

On a very short notice the team organized a custim program to fit my budget and my plans. They were so fast to respond and flexible enough to accomodate all our needs. Once landed in Colombo all we had was to let them lead us and execute the program.
Some hidden gems along the way are memorable and unique exleriences, the spice garden and the authentic village experience are a must do for any traveller.
The choice of activities and hotels were spot on.
We highly recommend them for anyone looking at exploring what the island has to offer while being assisted 24/7 by a team of local connoisseurs.
Last but not least high credits go to Renuka our guide who combines humbleness, knowledge and hospitality. It would never have been the same without him and we will definitely come back for him as host!!!

Godfrey escorted me and my husband around Negombo. He went over and above regular service. He took us to a speciality supermarket for herbal medicine and also to the market to look for curry leaves. His knowledge and information shared was terrific.

Well done Godfrey. We hope to meet again.
Thank you for taking us safely back to the airport.

Amazing experience - can only highly, highly recommend!!! We were in Sri Lanka mainly for surfing and relaxing, but decided to undertake an adventure spontaneously.

The tour was extremely well organized, the staff was very friendly and the experience mindblowing.
