We went on our Cruise on Breeze September 2022. The boarding and Embark went well and got to room fairly quickly. I purchased the Cheers package but knew ahead of time Day one no alcohol with Cheers package so I pre-ordered four beers for delivery ahead of time to the room. No beers delivered to our room. When I called about it they stated they could not deliver until next day. So I suggest don't order this. Based on 50% of passengers they appeared to smuggle their own alcohol and whatever else on board. The Crew works hard but pool area is completely not enjoyable. It is packed we only went twice and not long. On day one at sea there was a female in pool with her female companion sitting on side of the pool. The female in the pool was hammered somehow at 10:30 AM. She stood in pool with her head between the females legs, then got up staggered around and fell into a lounger below us and passed out. Security did nothing. Next time at pool a group of five young men that were together. Walk by me and my wife while we ate by the pool deck, one of them reach down take food French fries from my wife plate and proceed to pool. They continue to be obnoxious in the pool, then one of them takes his pants off slinging them above his head and gets out of pool with small underwear on staggering and slinging pants above head. Again security just watches. This was the most Ghetto bunch of passengers aboard this ship I assume because they know they can get on board and do anything. Our kids are grown and we traveled as couple but if you have kids I highly recommend do not take them on this cruise. We will never travel Carnival Cruise again.

Although people were always cleaning…I got the filth vibe in the waiting area before I even boarded the ship. The floor was nasty! My top comforter on my bed was so dingy I pulled it off the bed immediately. Let’s talk about the dining room! The chairs were so dirty! This is how my food was plated at dinner and it was cold. All the dinner meals were horrible except for the Italian restaurant. It was great and that saved the whole cruise. On the last day I asked for a bucket of ice to chill my wine on deck and I swear I had to kick and scream for it! The DJ and the entertainment became very redundant daily same playlist everyday! I enjoyed the company with my friends but we were not impressed!

Never again!! Worst cruise ever!!! Never have I ever been around such a crowd of disrespectful people! If Carnival doesn't start enforcing rules and regulations and gets better security, they will only get one type of person on board. Imagine Oak Cliff on a Boat!

My INFANT got sick on board, we’re thinking from the terrible food choices available in both our designated restaurant and the buffets. We called the on board medical center and received no answer. After several calls to different extensions we went down to guest services and were sent to the medical center. They immediately said, “the visit will cost $150 which will cover check up and medicine”. This is definitely understandable, but talk about a lack of EMPATHY. We asked if we could disembark early so that we can rush to the hospital (baby had a high fever at this point and wouldn’t stop throwing up and having diarrhea), and we were told we could. We get our bags and rush to the elevators to find very long lines. I told the attendant directing the area we had a medical emergency and had to get off the ship, to which she basically shrugged and walked away!!! Afterwards we get to the priority disembark waiting area and wait. The lady there was so sweet and genuinely concerned, seeing that I was in tears. She let us go first. This is where Prahlad, Maria, and Trisha stopped us for an outstanding balance. We quickly said we had a medical emergency and had to get off board. We let them know to charge the card on file. At this point they basically body blocked us from getting off board, and very SLOWLY assisted other guests and told us to wait out turn. I HAVE A SICK INFANT WHO THE DOCTOR SAID SHOULD GET OFF BOATD IMMEDIATELY AND THEY WERE STOPPING ME FOR A CHARGE! What is the purpose of having a card on file??? What is the purpose of visiting guest services to make sure we’re paid the night before???? What is the purpose of receiving a final folio stating everything was taken care of??? At this point I’m livid and in tears. What’s even worse is that we cooperated, waited for the VERY SLOW, UNEMPATHETIC TRISHA to finish with other guests, paid our balance with the card that was already on file, received a receipt, and were then trying to walk out, only to get body blocked AGAIN by Prahlad. He and Trish slowly exchange words, while again we just WAIT THERE WITH OUR SICK INFANT CHILD. Needless to say the lack of empathy was shocking and disturbing. We aren’t thieves and we weren’t skipping out on our bill. We were simply trying to get our infant the medical attention he needed. I have photos and videos of the entire situation and will be suing should anything happen to my baby, God forbid. DO NOT CEUISE CARNIVAL!!!!

A friend selected this as our yearly girl's trip. First, we weren't aware that Cheers package did not include drinks on day one and ended up paying for drinks on first day. I guess we could've done the ghetto thing and snuck drinks onboard like some other guests did to hold us off until day 2 when we can use the Cheers drink package. There was lipstick stain on a glass at dinner. There was a leak in the hot bed spa area when it started raining. Only two hot stone beds of the seven worked in the spa area. In the adult area, it was still loud as hell. Staff at spa area couldn't figure out the music and were playing loud dance music, then static, then loud dance music. I finally asked her to keep music off as it was disturbing the customers who were trying to relax. Food was mediocre. I asked for mac n cheese with no bacon yet the second one still had bacon in it. I would have appreciated if I was informed it couldn't be done. No coffee being served on disembarkation day topped it off. I tried to get one at cafe yet was soo packed. Staff kept announcing for people not to crowd in the gangway area. I'm certain people were crowding to get out and find some coffee versus serving coffee so people can hang in their rooms till it was time to get off. If you like twerking contests with mediocre service, then this is the trip for you. Otherwise, there are so many more options to spend your money vacation wise than this.
