The staff was great Rey our cabin steward was amazing as was William and Nuisana in the dining room and I can't forget Bjorn the waiter by the pool.I found the food very repetitive and wasn't as good as when I cruised on the Symphony of the Seas.I just didn't think the food was that great and the selection for no sugar added desserts was awful, only one selection every dyad the buffet didn't have much of a selection.Dont think I will sail on Royal again.…

My experience with Royal Caribbean, a cruise line often heralded for its exceptional service and luxurious offerings, has left me not just disappointed, but genuinely bewildered. Our day trip in Falmouth, Jamaica, orchestrated by what one assumes would be reliable Royal Caribbean-sanctioned transport, turned into an odyssey of overcharging, deception, and ultimately, abandonment. Despite being a cashless society ourselves, reliant on digital payment platforms like Zelle or Cash App, we were met with inflexible cash-only drivers who shuttled us to the wrong Sandals resort and then failed to keep their word about returning for us. A series of unfortunate transport choices later, each progressively more expensive and still inexplicably cash-only, we found ourselves racing against time to re-board our ship. We even received verbal confirmation of our imminent arrival from the cruise ship’s crew while at the port. Yet despite this, the ship departed without us, leading to an agonizing session with local port authorities and an unplanned stay in a less-than-ideal hotel. I am compelled to question how a company of Royal Caribbean's stature could let such a calamity unfold under their watch. Is it not within the realm of expectation for them to vet and manage their affiliated service providers more carefully? Given the digital era we live in, the refusal to accommodate common digital payment methods is archaic at best, and predatory at worst. After being left stranded and following countless communications with the cruise line, we were met with a stunning lack of recourse; no accommodation, financial or otherwise, was offered. It's a profoundly puzzling experience that has irreparably marred my perception of what I once considered a reputable brand. The optimism that once accompanied my thoughts of future voyages with Royal Caribbean has been fully extinguished, replaced by an assertive conviction to explore alternatives. What happened to us was more than an oversight; it was a failure of corporate responsibility, and it has cost them at least two customers for life.…

The worst vocation ever. Raphsody of the seas is a ship for people without standarts. The room was UNsafe, broken, rusted and not a plece where you put guests. It was 7 days of hell, with alergic rushes from the yellow sheets on the bed. We got scamed by the casino, they gave us fake 50 dollar bill when we won money, and when we came to the cashier in other time he compiscated the money while telling in front od dozens of other guests that it is fake (we know for a fact that the bill came from the casino becouse we came to the cruse with 100 bills only, and we used dollar only in the casino on board. I would not recomend royal caribian to eny one. Werry disapointed. …

Royal Caribbean, you've lost a customer. My room had MOLD in the carpet. It smelled, and the carpet was soaking wet. But calling maintenance and going to guest services to fix the problem does nothing. The last night, the offered to move our room, but one of our guests was already asleep. You offer 10% off the next cruise (but only 10% of the rate we paid for this ship) AND when I call customer service, somehow you lose service when I ask you to actually compensate us? Your cruise is disgusting and your customer service is awful. I will NEVER go on another Royal Caribbean cruise and I will make sure no one I know goes on one either.…
