I have made a booking for an accessible room and I need to check the details of the bathroom (wet room preferred). The booking confirmation says I should contact you to confirm the details, but doesn't give any hints how communication with you works. Phone - nope, tried that, got thrown off the line 4 times. Fax - tried that with the number on your website, but evidently it is not connected to a fax machine. Email - now that would be a good idea, as you could send me a photo of the bathroom which would be ideal, but evidently you don't have email. Don't misunderstand me, we have stayed in Premier Inns before, and been happy with the rooms and service, and I think you mean well for people with disabilities. But communication is an absolute nightmare, and you are probably losing bookings as well.
What are the parking charges now please at the adjoining park to the hotel?
And how much is the discount when staying with you?

hi. just like to ask why it's sooo dawn hot at this hotel. its like a bloody sauna. it really is. I was sweating my tits off. I had to open the windows in our bedroom to cool it down and yes I turned the heating completely off. even my husband was sweating his nuts off at breakfast. don't envy anybody staying here, spring, summer, autumn or winter. thank God we only stayed the one night!
