HI...I will be traveling to Melbourne from the UK in a few weeks to attend a wedding....I will be with my daughter and although we will be sharing a double room....we will require twin beds....do the beds separate....which rooms should we be looking at....
Referred to your reply/respond to my previous review below on the room service deliver guy signed my bill on my behalf without asking for my permission. I try but can't reply to your false reply/comment.
I was not even showering when he arrived, in fact I did not even shower during that time! I was on FaceTime with my husband and he even saw he signed my bill then pat my shoulder before he was trying to leave the room! How can he said simply accused and assumed? A very bad attitude that you should reviewed for a staff to lie and for you to answer me with his lies!!

I am looking to stay at this hotel from Jan 16th through to 19th and have seen some reviews where they mention a jacuzzi tub in the Business Class Rooms. Can you please advise whether all Business Class Rooms have this feature or will I need to specifically request it?
