Referred to your reply/respond to my previous review below on the room service deliver guy signed my bill on my behalf without asking for my permission. I try but can't reply to your false reply/comment.

I was not even showering when he arrived, in fact I did not even shower during that time! I was on FaceTime with my husband and he even saw he signed my bill then pat my shoulder before he was trying to leave the room! How can he said simply accused and assumed? A very bad attitude that you should reviewed for a staff to lie and for you to answer me with his lies!!

I have addressed the matter with our Management team, and also the staff member that delivered the room service to you. Our staff member apologies for the way in which they acted and expressed they believed they were helping as when your meal arrived you were in the shower. We have reminded all staff that no matter what the guest is currently undertaking it is of utmost importance that they personally view and sign their receipt even if it means the staff member returning to their room so this can occur.

We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations. On behalf of our entire staff at Radisson we thank you for your business and we look forward to seeing you again when your travels bring you back to the area!"
