    I have booked Carlton Hotel on the 17th July under the name of Tay Cheo Lian from 24th August to 27 th August for a twin room. I have paid using my HSBC Visa credit card..ending7946- the amount being $3763.44. So far I haven't receive any reply. The amount is pending. Is my room being reserved? Please reply
