Where is the best free parking if wanting to stay at the Towers and are you able to access pools there as well as Metropol?
If staying a night at Metropol can I use the pool the next day after check out? I’ve seen reviews which say after check out you can’t use the pool.
Unless you get a day pass - but how much is that for two people?
Or hire a cabana of day bed? What are the costs there? Can’t see costs on website!
Also is going over to the towers pool an option?
Seeing reviews on here, it appears to be common practice now for a 'King' bed to be 2 singles pushed together? Would this not be considered false advertising? Also, in my own experience, after leaving a negative response/review when i was sent the usual after stay survey, no one takes the time to make contact and respond? So i guess my major question is what ever happened to customer service??
What is the Kids Hub? Am considering the current package for families that includes "Kids Hub access", but can't find any information about the Hub.
