Hi, I've booked with an itison voucher and told the hotel despite having a ramp into the hotel that the hotel doesn't have accessible disabled bedrooms for wheelchair guests is that true?
Is there nice flat walks round about.
And also although I'm looking forward to my stay I hope staff are more welcoming and friendly than staff member I spoke with on the phone on the morning of the 30th of July to booked my night away on 3rd of September for my boyfriends birthday.
What happens when a negative feedback form is handed in, does the hotel contact the customer when we handed ours in the staff were just seen to be laughing at it. Not good
