Hi I am coming to your hotel on Monday 25th September 2017, we have booked 2 rooms in the hotel but reading the reviews most people are put in an apartment block. I'm am really concerned as my mum is in a wheelchair and I'm her carer so need to be next to her. I contacted my travel agent who spoke to the hotel months ago on my behalf to ensure that we get rooms in the hotel but after reading reviews I'm not looking forward to my holiday.
H.Top...who do I speak to regarding rude members of staff and an unpleasant experience in one of your hotels ??
Is there a safe in the room and how much does it cost?
Also do you have to pay a Spanish entrance cost if so how much ?
I have booked through ice lolly all inclusive with a sea view and now realised there's a few building apts etc will I be in the hotel area or apts
