I looked for Spa ( mainly massage) prices but couldn’t find them anywhere, on the official website of the Resort or in any of the comments on Tripadvisor. The only thing I could find in some comments is that the Spa is “pricy”. Could anyone please be so kind to give me an example?
Thank you in advance.
Yellow fever vaccination proof and Pills preventing malaria.
Hello Neptune team,
We are traveling with TUI Germany, we are from Bulgaria and our stay will be in June 2018 15 to 21, we have received an email from our travel agent, stating that the government in Tanzania requires a yellow fever vaccination proof and is a must, otherwise we are not be able to stay in Zanzibar.
Do we need to have that vaccination? Also do we neee to take prescriptions preventing malaria?
Our flights is with Qatar airways Sofia-Doha-Zanzibar
Hi, we have booked two Deluxe Ocean View rooms from the 12th of December until the 19th of December 2017. On your website it states that if you book more than 5 nights a "lobster dinner" is included. Our travel agent could not confirm this, but as it clearly states this on your website I assume it is included?
We have also been trying to call ALL the numbers provided on your website, but there are no answer at the resort. Please provide a working number.
Our children will be staying in the one room and we in the other it is therefore important the two rooms are next to each other. This is what we are trying to arrange telephonically but as previously stated there is no answer at the hotel. My husband will also be sending an email. We are booked under "Dos Santos".
We also need to arrange for a camping cot for our baby.
Looking forward to your soonest reply, working telephone number AND OUR HOLIDAY :)
