The latest bus is 16:25, so I recommend taking the train.

Please take the Narita Express Line to Tokyo station.

Then take the Yamanote Line to Hamamatsucho station.

You can walk to our hotel from that station.

I hope these answer your questions.

Yes, you can opt for JR train which you can align at World Trade Centre and walk around 15 mins to reach the hotel.

The said hotel is very near to Zozoji temple.

I agree with the other answers. Train, taxi option as it will be dark when getting out at the station and will be hard to get your bearings. The hotel is only a very short ride from the station. Remember, as soon as you arrive activate your JR rail pass at the JR rail counter as it closes around 8.30 pm.

The Narita Express (train) is the alternative. You can catch the train to Shinjuku and catch a taxi to the hotel from there or change to the green line (Yamanote) to Hamamatsucho. This post wouldn't allow me to post the URL to the NEX timetable.

We arrived outside the bus times as well so we took a taxi. A little expensive but well worth it for time saving and a clean a efficient service door to door. While the public transport ( trains etc) are good for getting around normally I would not recommend taking large luggage items.
