I see that the hotel comment on negative feedback but not to positive feedback. As people have gone out of their way and spent their time providing positive comments on the site, it would be nice if the hotel acknowledged this.
Obviously we really appreciate the positive reviews but to repeat the "thank you" response everytime just seems repetitive and even a bit patronising. However we feel recognising factual criticism and outlining the steps to deal with it is very important.

I gave positive feedback and sent a separate email to the hotel thanking them but received no response which I was surprised at see that people only usually bother contacting to complain about something. Still, what do I know about customer service?
Yes I agree Big Chain Hotels British & European seem to adopt this practice of returning comments either way
