Can someone please let me know if the men have to wear long trousers for dinner?
And can you walk out of the hotel at night is there anything around?
Have just returned from the hotel on 9th June, although there were signs to advise that no shorts were allowed in the restaurants, most men wore shorts and vests were also worn.
We also ate at all 3 al a carte restaurant's , and my husband wore smart shorts .
There are a few shops and a coupe of places to eat within walking distance, you go out of the hotel complex , and when you get to the main road turn left, otherwise the main area would be accessed by taxi or walk if you fancy a long stroll.
Have a great time
Pants for men are only required at the a la carte restaurants, though it wasn't enforced in February. Shorts for men are fine for the buffet. All supper options require men to have at a minimum a t-shirt on (no sleeveless shirts at supper for men).
no real dress code as such, and at night you would need to get a taxi to town....£4 to £5 each way.enjoy...
Guests were expected to dress smart casual for dinner thus long trousers were expected.
In respect of going out in the evening there is nothing close by. The shopping area where there are numerous restaurants etc would be I guess a 30 minute walk to the start of it. A taxi (bookable at reception) would be required as the hotel courtesy bus stops at 6pm as its main purpose is a shuttle service hotel to beach
