How much would a cab from this hotel to the airport be for 4 people? Also does the hotel offer a transport service when you first arrive at the airport?
What Jeff said +1. When you get outside it's a bit chaotic but remember you're on Margarita time and you will be ok. I don't know about the Holiday Inn shuttle. You could call and inquire. We always book the shuttle to and from the airport when we make our reservations. I'm not recommending one shuttle service over another but we pay $47.00 for round trip for two people. The shuttle services are convenient because they know when they need to pick you up to get you back to the airport in time.
We paid for an airport transfer when we booked our trip. I think it was $40pp round trip and was worth it.
No, hotel doesn't have a transfer. My advice would be to book a shuttle or some form of transportation online before you go. We were bombarded by people trying to give us shuttle service and excursions with the stipulation you go to their time share presentation. You cannot just walk out of the airport and hail a cab. You have to stop at their desks to get transportation and they are very pushy!!
Make sure that when arrive in Los Cabos and you are finished with customs, just keep walking until you see the second set of doors. Between Customs and the second set of doors is where all the time share people are. They look official and they make you think you need to stop there. Just keep walking to the next set of doors. We rented a van for the week. It was much cheaper thank taking a taxi. I saw that the Holiday Inn had a shuttle, but we never inquired about it. BTW, don't forget to ask Alma at the adult pool for one of her Mojitos. They are amazing.
Not sure. Whenever I make reservations I choose the option to add a shuttle. If you want to go to Cabo San Lucas, the shuttle for that is $20.
