i booked thru another website. i would like to know if i need to also bring my best western member card?
We booked through a travel agent and when we got there we asked them to enter our Best Western membership details into their system.....and it appears that if I hadn't done that we would not have accrued stop over points....so my advice would be to definitely show them your membership card.
There's also an excellent old English pub a short walk down towards the Earls court underground train station that serves ok meals if you haven't got breakfast included at the Hotel
HI not necessary , but they may look after you better with it. Breakfast is very good.
You don't physically need the card but you do need the number to give them either on your arrival or via email.
I did bring my BW card, even if I also booked through another website. I think they did add points / nights to my account.
But you will have to ask as they will not do that automatically
I emailed the property and asked them to add my BW#. They responded they didn't give points for stays booked through third party websites but they added the points anyway.
I had also booked through another website and presented my card on arrival. The receptionist did add my booking to my card and we did get upgraded.
It cannot hurt to take your card and try but it may depend on who is on the reception as I got the impression you should only get it if booked through the hotel or Best Western site.
Always take/use Best Western Membership Card.
