Bonjour,

In response to your question, we agree with Christopher B. From CDG airport, you can take the RER B until Saint-Michel Notre Dame. It will cost you less than 10€ per person for around 45 minutes. Then you can walk to Welcome Hotel (10 minutes) or you can change for the metro line 4 until Odeon Station (3 minutes walk from the hotel).

Do not hesitate to call us and send us an email for any further information.

See you soon at Welcome Hotel :)

I think it depends on what you're willing to pay. If you can afford it, a taxi is easiest and most direct, but I believe it could cost 30-50 euros. The walk from the plane to the RER station is a bit of a hike with luggage, and you'll have to get tickets at a kiosk first. Even at 9 am, the train could be a bit crowded, especially as it gets closer to Paris, and if your luggage is heavy or you have several pieces, it can be a pain to drag them around, especially if you're changing trains. We tried the RER ourselves in June, and we decided the cab would be worth the money next time.

The cheapest way would be by metro. You may have to walk up and down steps so if you have a lot of bags that isn't fun but it's probably the fastest way too. You can also take a taxi. Traffic is horrendous in the morning going into Paris. If you are in a hurry, take the train!

Take the RER (train) from the airport (10 Euros each) to the #10 subway. Take this toward St Germaine. I don't remember the stop but if you look at a map you can pick up the hotel address and it is just 1/2 block off St Germaine Blvd. When you get off the subway you are only a block away from the hotel

We just took the RER train from CDG Airport to St Michel Notre Dame station. It can be a bit disorienting the first time to try to transfer to metro, and really you could walk from that station if you don't have a lot of luggage. If you can't walk, just get an uber from there.
