We have booked the GARDEN DUPLEX SUITE which I was told is on the ground floor !! but we would like to be in a suite on the higher floor with a balcony and wanted to know how hard it would is to change the room ,,,

I would stick with the garden duplex suite. They are in a separate wing of the hotel and beautiful.
