I look forward to serving you,
I stayed there with my family for 4 days in the beginning of September. I did find it to be less than a great stay but overall I would stay there again if not traveling with children. I say this only because there was no pool. The staff that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual fair that most Comfort Inns have. I liked the fact that they changed the menu a couple of times during the week. There were a couple of days that we had scrambled eggs and a couple of days that we had biscuits and gravy (the gravy could have been better). I liked the idea of strawberries that could be added to the waffles. As has been mentioned earlier, there is a great classic diner close by that offers a great menu. I found the room to be quiet and clean when I checked in. we were on the 2nd floor which I thought impressive that there was no extra noise from the third floor. There were smokers close by the front door a couple of times. I am not sure what Colorado's rules about that are. Idaho states that you have to be at least 25 feet away from any entry. I hope this helps.
Ran down, unfriendly staff, pot heads smoking at side entrance, it's right next to freeway though!!!
I was truthful, sorry you have a week booked. I doubt they have made a complete overhaul since my July 2015 stay. It is my personal hope to never have to stay there again when visiting family in Aurora. Sadly, it used to be perfectly fine and clean all the times we stayed there 5 years ago and earlier than that. Aurora hotel choices seem limited, but I'd recommend a more expensive one. Comfort Inn has become sketchy.
We stayed there in June - I reviewed the motel as clean, conveniently located and with a friendly staff. It was a nice stay. I would have no problem staying there again. Perhaps I should read some of the newer reviews and see if something changed!
I spent 2 nights there in July 2015. The price was reasonable and the place was clean. As with any hotel, the soundproofing was not great. The buffet breakfast was nothing special and had the "usual" items. I had no problem staying there and will do so again. A bonus, there is an old style streetcar diner with very good food only 50 yards awa

Stayed two different nights within a week in early August. Standard Comfort Inn. If you want bellhop and attention to detail you'll need to double your budget. Room clean. Breakfast good. Service adequate. I always just put on the constant fan so most noise is drowned out. Location near freeway is convenient. Just a couple blocks west of hotel and freeway is a golf course and immediately north of that a park preserve if you're looking for a place to run/ jog/ walk.
