Saphan Taksin is the nearest skytrain station and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle boat to the pier. It’s just ten minutes each way.

Saphan Taksin. 8 minutes by complimentary boat shuttle. Shuttle leaves every 10 and 40 minutes past the hour from Saphan Taksin, and every 00 and 30 minutes past the hour from Sheraton Royal Orchid Hotel. Service goes on till 10pm from Monday to Thursday, and till 11pm on Friday to Sunday.

Hotel has free water bus that goes back and forth to the nearest ststion. It’s a great experience in itself. It would be a 25 min walk. Much better by boat. Less than 10mins. .

The BTS Skytrain station name is Saphan Taksin. From there you want to go down to the pier and there's a place for all hotel "shuttle boat", so wait for the one from Sheraton (there will be people there to announce which hotel's boats are here).

Keep in mind the boat arrives every 30 minutes, so you may need to wait a bit.

It’s a great hotel to stay at respite from the hustle of the city. The shuttle leaves every 30 minuets from the Sheraton and returns every 30 minutes from the sky train. The sky train takes you to all the major shopping areas eg Siam , MBK and only costs 37 bhat each way

The Orchid Sheriton has its own motor launch. It will take you to the sky train in about 5 mins. The station is at taksin square. The launch leaves the hotel every 30 mins.

All previous messages are correct, but nobody told you there wasn't a lift from street level to the concourse, so if you have heavy luggage, get a taxi to Makkasan or to the airport. Shouldn't cost more than 300 baht to the airport - ask them to use the meter.
