I don’t think so.
It’s purely traditional Kuwaiti shops.
Not far from Souk Al-Mubarakiya Sultan Chief in Sharq in the Commercial tower Tejariya tower’, and also in Maidan Hawally 20 km couple delights and sweets shops, and the turkish cusine beside Sultan Chief, Turkish grill & Turkish Afandem
If you mean Turkish cuisine , i.e. shish kebab there are plenty of restaurants serve shish kebab but with iranian flavors
Many Turkish goods could be available it's like a universal goods market : Indian , Egyptian , afghani , soudian & other foreign countries ( especially cloths ) .
But I strongly recommend to bargain , some shops are over priced . Enjoy . NK
There are many shopping booths, restaurants, and a Gold Markrt
Not sure about this soul but there are lots in Turkey.
