Both ways ticket will be available for INR 10,000.. The visa Will will be available for INR 2,000... A decent stay will cost around INR 5,000 per day.. Approximate 50,000 will cost for 7 days..

the flight costs from India to SIN you need to evaluate on your own. I only can tell you from Frankfurt the rates are from 550.- € in economy class.

For accomodation I recommend Hotel Destination Singapore. We booked the room for 105.- € per night. I have no information on visa charges from India. For EU citizens no visa chages apply.
