You can buy some wine and other drinks at the 7-11 type places as well as supermarket in China Point

Neapolitan wine bar is a good place to hang out. There are not many supermarket / off-license type place in Chinatown where you can buy wine so this is probably not a good option. As you get into the outskirts of Chinatown you will find that decent quality western style hotel bars have better quality wine.

The Chinatown street food does have a alcohol stall. Not sure of a alcohol bottle shop!

Nepolian wine bar must visit. But don't expect very old wines there

You must try Napoleon Wine and Bar in Telok Ayer St.

For wines

Try Wine Mansion at Keong Saik Rd

They are all located in Chinatown

I would be amazed if you didn’t find places that sell wine. I cannot make a specific recommendation but there are some fantastic restaurants so I would be staggered if none sold wine. It’s very cosmopolitan.
