I am planning a holiday for my parents so I need to know what type of view do we get if we stay at one of suites? Which suites offer sea view? The Family Suite or the Superior Suite? Are the suites located in the same hotel building or a separate building? Also, are there elevators that take you to the suites or do we have to take the stairs? My parents have difficulty in their mobility so I need to make sure that the walkway to the suites is smooth and without the need to use stairs. Thanks.
In my opinion this place is not so appropriate for visitors with mobility problems. The entire territory is rather elevated and if the suite is not in the main building it might be a problem. However there is a lift which could help somehow between the main reception and the restaurant level and other small lifts between the main reception and main building rooms if your suite is in the main building.
All suites have a great sea view, they are in separate buildings, the hotel grounds are quite hilly, but the hotel does have lots of buggies which transport you wherever you need to go around the grounds, but there are steps and ramps in various areas. A fantastic hotel but not great if you have mobility problems.
Well, most of the rooms are sea view, and luxury, there is no elevator however, there shatters serviceses every 5 min, to take you right front of your room which was really fantastic, same service from your room to restaurants and beach we were there for a week, really loved it, will definitely go there again, definitely right place for a family, foods a really delicious stuff are really trained, a have never seen hotel stuff that trained very well before. Ots not 5 star its really 7 star.
I am from london and been going on a holiday to different countries mostly Turkey, but never been such a fantastic hotel like Rixos
I hope this answer will satisfy your question
There are some lovely superior suites which are accessible from the lifts in the reception. These have a seaview although no suites are directly in front of the sea as the rooms are set back from the front. From what you've said I would recommend the top floor seaview superior. We had 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, separate sitting room and 2 balconies. Hope this helps.
