I am thinking of going here alone to do a detox. I have emailed them to ask a couple of questions , but they are really slow to answer and the response has been quite rude. Are the management actually approachable and helpful when you are there? Or is this a sign of what it's like?
Hi - apologies for what you may seem to be slow/rude answers.
Here at Sanctuary we have had a pretty hectic week here, and perhaps emails took a little longer to answer .due to other pre-monsoon activities. That said, i am sure you were answered within 24/36 hours .
I would please can you e mail me the 'rude responses'to ( sorry i cant put it here - its relax at the Website address - thanks ) so that i can assess and give direction to the booking team
For your information:
Best option is to visit the webpage and go to all of the webpages under DETOX
These are the page that have all the programs, all the options and outlines packages/their inclusions.
If you would like to email again and state the dates you are interested in, the type of package, and an indication of what kind of accommodation you need (eg budget dorm or more comfy fare ) then we can go from there.
Being based in Thailand means there is often a time delay between emails being answered.
The Sanctuary is a self paced place to enjoy a cleanse surrounded by like minded people - the crew at the Wellness Centre are here to assist you with the cleanse, and the healers are here to facilitate growth and change.
Despite the current rains i can assure you a attentive reception and support at Sanctuary
Mike the Manager
I've not got a reply to three emails either. Spread out over 3months. Started looking at other places in phuket and samui to spend my one month at.
I understand you guys are busy, but you can't possibly expect guests to keep chasing you to reply to their booking queries, no?
