Is it a dog friendly place and can you eat inside?
The plaza area between Bouchon (the restaurant) and Bouchon Bakery has benches and seating, and one can enjoy treats from the bakery outside, sharing the space with your dogs, as we do when we visit. The bakery shop is tiny, with just room to walk along the case and choose your goodies and coffee -- there is no room to eat inside. And dogs are not permitted inside the bakery, but are welcome in the outdoor seating area.
It is dog friendly. There is no inside seating so your dog is welcome to sit at a table or bench outside.
There is no place to eat inside though there are benches outside where you can enjoy your bakery purchase. While there weren't any dogs inside the bakery, there were some dogs with folks outside.
Many people bring dogs, but kindly keep your dogs off the benches. Yesterday there was an enormous, gorgeous, well-behaved Burmese mountain dog sitting quite nobly on the bench, and though it was a humorous sight, I was quite appalled by the owners' insensitivity. Many people, including elderly folks, were standing all around because of limited seats available, yet these folks, and dog sat there seemingly oblivious. So come on dog owners...stop treating your dogs like humans. Your dogs are lovely, but kindly give the bench to a person. Observe your surroundings when you are out with your dogs and be polite.
No place to eat inside and as long as the line is, it can be a long wait. Plenty of seating outside though and don't see any reason you couldn't have your dog outside with you. Saw a few while I was there.
Funny you should ask about dogs. We shared a park bench with a gorgeous Bernese mountain dog and her owner. Having said that, the bakery is usually swarming with people and the line might be 20 deep so I say go for it if your dog is extremely well-behaved. Otherwise, bring back a treat.
No, no dogs and no seats inside, just a line of people.
Sorry there's no inside seating and I didn't see any dogs so I am unable to answer your question
The inside of the bakery is very small and it is not designed to eat there. Their seating area is located outside between the bakery and the bistro. I cannot confirm if it is dog friendly and would recommend contacting them directly.
