Yes, pictures are allowed at the zoo. There are a few attraction areas where no flash photography is allowed, but overall pictures can be taken. As for “fees” I am not sure what you mean, but for more information you can go to the Denver Zoo website for any other questions you may have.

Yiou can take pictures throughout most of the zoo.i think there was one area where drinks baby buggies and i think taking of pictures was forbidden.

I go all the time and take pictures for personal use with no issues or fees (you have to pay for admission, of course). Any commercial use requires you get permission from the zoo - they have info about this on their site.
