Yes, I think so. I didn't see any in the downstairs wine bar I was in, but feel sure they are.
They have a sign that suggests your children be at least 3 years old. My kids were actually pretty good at restaurants at that age, but I don't think I'd recommend it. Its just too long of a meal.
I have seen young children there but usually in big groups in a separate room. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing, if your children are VERY well behaved it would not be a problem, the meals take some time to enjoy (we are usually there at least 2 hours or more to get through the meal with desert) if they get bored and loud it would not be a good idea.
Yes, but it is a quaint, kind of quite place with small, intimate rooms. I would say "well behaved, supervised" children.
