The weather in October is delightful. Still warm/hot days up into the high 80"s and cooler 70's nights. The humidity usually lessens. Check out the cottages next to the Inn.

I would recommend checking condos listed on VRBO. It might be cheaper than staying at the Gasparilla Inn.

We stayed at the Boca Grande North condo. You need to rent a car because it's about 4 miles to town.

It's hard to predict the weather. The hurricane season is through October.

Beautiful weather in the fall. The Inn just reopens in mid October. I would suggest the cottages or adjoining rooms in the Inn. Plenty to do and lots of restaurants to eat in. Enjoy!!

Perfect time to go! I forget the name of the rooms manager but email her and you will get proper advice. Bring your whites for a game of croquet! I would say 4 nights and then go to Disney. There is also a surrounding community called Rotonda that is full of seasonal rentals (houses with pools) that is quite popular. We are looking to build there ourselves. Best!

You would probably need one of the Sharp Houses or a couple of the cottages. Search the internet for photos because the hotel is not big on advertising to preserve the exclusivity of the experience. it will be fall then. Fall in Florida has an average temperature or 85 and the water will be very warm then; ideal for swimming. Fort Myers is the closest international airport. Have a nice trip!
