Wondered if you found the rude, dismissive response of this "manager" offensive? I had a horrible experience with this manager after our stay this summer - our room was dirty and had an smell when we checked in, which seems to be quite common this year. Got home and found that he had CHARGED ME $500 for the smell that was there when we arrived! He has been truly the rudest, most untruthful person - a pitiful excuse for customer service!
No. We have stayed there twice so far and both times have had a great experience. We are scheduled to stay early October again and will report back if anything changes.

Actually, I don't know if I even met the manager but the staff the two gals at the desk and one gentleman not including the guys on the ground we're all professional and polite, so not on my end sorry to hear about your experience that isn't right, and it wasn't right on our end for them to look at this nonchalantly especially with cockroaches.
