They will make items for you even not on the menu by request ahead of time, as far as the kitchen I have not been in the kitchen so I do not know the answer to that. I would call them.

One person in our party has Celiacs and the server made several approprate suggestions. Even brought him kimchi in lieu of the bread he couldn't eat from the bread basket. Our Friend had a wonderful gluten free meal!

I do not think so. It seems a fairly traditional kitchen, and I’m not sure how many gluten-free options there are on the menu.
