Ocean Forest Plaza Questions & Answers

My wife and I have stayed in myrtle several years for our annual vacation and for the last two of them we have stayed at ocean forest Plaza, we had the exact same room for both trips and really enjoyed our stay, however, this time when trying to book, the rate had gone up 50 percent! That was the selling point for us and being on a budget we can't afford it. I did call Sands and spoke to a woman who in a very brief explanation told me quote "we are under new management" that is the answer I got numerous times after trying to explain myself. Now we are scrambling to find a place we can afford and are reading terrible reviews for everything! We would love to stay at your resort again for the price we had been paying. We are aware that these rooms are mostly private owned and would love to speak to either a owner or supervisor that could help us. Please don't lose us as customers. Regards, Steve Hohein

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, we are very happy to announce we have a new owner. However, this does not affect our rates and we apologize if you were told otherwise. Our rates are extremely comparable and even lower than our competitors. We would love to host you and your wife. You may call reservations and speak with the Manager, Diane.
