This is not an upmarket restaurant, the food is very good for the price ($8 aud per dish) but the overall experience is very satisfying, especially at sunset, the service is sometimes a bit slow but your in Bali it's slow everywhere, your on holiday, relax and enjoy.
I agree with John M - Decent food for the price, really nice relaxed place.
You can find a menu on Zomato can't paste link on TA
Went with 6 adults and 1 teenager. Had 3 courses and I had a fair few beers and total of the bill was about $90 AUS. The meals are large and it is worth the experience. Also a good place to have breakfast or lunch with the pricing. They also do "comfort" food like jaffles if you want a change during the day.
There was a group of us and no-one had a complaint about their meals or price. The Bintang was cold the setting was very good. Will go back if in the area.
Prices were in the range of 30,000 to 50,000 rupiah for local food with a few specialties up to 70 to 80,000. (Lobster, some steaks). Loved the food but the cocktails were a bit on the pricey side. Beer prices were normal. Great spot to watch the sun set by the water. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
Prices were reasonable but we were not impressed with the quality ie presentation or taste . We had read good reviews on the restaurant and so were really looking forward to our evening meal and watch the sun go down near the waters edge .If we ever go back to this restaurant it will only be for a Bintang and watch the sun set . There is much better quality restaurants around serving up nice food for same prices . If you get a chance try Un's Restaurant at end of Poppies 1 very near to Mataharis have never had a bad meal here always good .. Happy eating
