Looks like others have answered the question. I believe that if you are a senior, military, or AAA member,they will give you a discount.
You catch it at the Visitor's Center. It is on America's Cup Avenue. It is co-located next to the Greyhound Bus Terminal and parking is right next to it, on Gladys Carr Bolhouse Road. There is a fee for parking, but the Visitor's Center will validate your ticket and you will get a half-hour of free parking. The tours are booked for inside the Center and you board right outside. They will be happy to tell you where to catch your particular bus.

They have distinctive trolleys, usually red but can be white, that park right beside the tourist information office, two blocks up from the tender launch to the cruise ships. Look for the green roof, right next to the Marriott Hotel.
